I have had the worst customer service with Charter. They told me three days

in a row they would show up to install cable, told me to wait from 12-5

everyday. Not only did they not show up, they would cancel the order each

time. One time they said we could pick the boxes up at the local store in

Duncanville Texas, and the employees there yelled at me for no given reason.

Then they said to send a email for a quicker response. It was a quick

response, an automative response saying the email service was not working at

the moment. All I can say is Charter Sucks.

do anything you can do avoid using charter. worst company I have ever dealt with
