Care credit

Prior to recieving services this company billed me for the entire amount for the service. The arrangements with the doctor was for me to pay $185.00 pr month until the balance was paid. which I did every month. Four month later the access a late charge of $35.00 pr month claiming that the monthly payment were short because they were applying late charge to all the payment prior to posting them to the balance. I called to explian what had happened and was told that they could care less.
