Beware of Chase credit cards

We went over limit $20.74 and were hit with a $40 over limit fee. To top it off they raised our rate from 13% to 29%. I called to get the rate reduced. I was told nothing could be done until the account was under limit. I made a payment that put me under limit. I called back and was told that no changes could be made for six months.
