2 years ago, I decided to go in for Tata indicom broadband connection

incurring a cost of about Rs. 2000 as installation cost. After the first

week of service, it started giving problems refusing to connect.

Umpteen calls to the TI call centre elicited stock replies but nothing

was done to solve the problem. Finally, I gave up and switched over to

Airtel which was providing free installation for my Housing complex.
