RCA Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana Dishwasher

I have been on the telephone and computer since 10:00AM, it is now 1:00PM about my dishwaher. The dishwasher is approximately 8-10 years old. My problem is that the model number that is one the machine does not exist in any database of any of the above mentioned companies. I finally got to talk to a human in Tennessee and she couldn't find anything about this non-existent dishwasher. I guess that I will have to purchase a new machine as this one doesn't exist.
