By phone and email, I have ordered and paid for a copy of Turbo Tax to give as a gift to my daughter (the charges have appeared on my credit card statement). I was trying to do the right thing by paying for an additional copy rather than allowing her to use my own copy. However, I have never received the second copy and I have spoken to the customer service department at least 4 times about this. The problem is that they always make an error in the Ship To section and either entering the wrong address, or the wrong name. I have twice called and asked to speak to a supervisor, but both times the phone rep refused to forward my call, saying they could help me, or their computer system was down.

I just wanted to avoid contributing to software piracy, but Intuit has made it impossible to do the right thing.
