EZINKJETS - consumer rip off!

I had my credit card charged with $74.25 on 10/1/06… I received cartridges a month later, and of course, those cartridges do not fit into my printer. I then followed all the instructions on the web site for a refund. I received a refund email, sent back a package (no proof unfortunately), and that was at the end of Nov 2006.. I have not heard from EZINJETS since then… I sent numerous emails to Email User without response, and I called their phone number many times, but it outlines that operators are not equipped to answer existing customer calls! Of course, this is a major stealing venture and a scam, as these people are basically sending products you did not order or are misleading you what to order on their web site, and then when you return for a refund, they don’t pay you back…

Can anyone help about this..?
