The subject order was received by me on 12/27/06. I found this unit to be too sophisticated for my limited technical abilities.
On 1/02/07 I telephoned 1-888-843-2486. Conversation was difficult with your associate due to my hearing problems. I guess he grew impatient because he said something I did not understand and hung up on me. No RMA Number.
On 1/03/07 I sent Email to COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_61537# asking for RMA Number.
On 1/06/07 I sent Email to COMPLAINTS.COM_FORM_MAIL_61537# repeating request for RMA Number
On 1/09/07 still no RMA Number.
On 1/08/07 I received a "welcome" flyer from T-Mobile with telephone number 706-254-9628. I have not used the unit, I do not want unit and, consequently, cannot use Service Carrier.
