In June of last year we bought a Lawn Tractor from Home Depot (on one of their deferred payments plans ;No interest for one year if paid off in this time). Here's the complaint. We were able to pay them off early.They wouldn't let just pay off the tractor without also paying off our revolving account at the same time. Our revolving account wasn't large so it was paid. If we had been someone with a large revolving account, we would have had to let the year run out and have to pay all the back interest. As you might guess, this didn't set to well. Seem like a good deal for HD but a bad deal for the customer. We complained to the Homeoffice of HD but got the standard letter about ,"WE take our customer complaints seriously and etc." Just needed to complain to somebody. So thanks for the opportunity. ......Charlie
