H & R Block: Forgotten information

Last night, I called H & R Block Card Services and the Representative

<B>refused</B> to give me his real name and customer service ID number. Than

he refused to give me his manager's name and ext number as well as the

Department Manager's name. Calmly - I asked several times and even asked

him what he policy was on providing the information. He refused to do

anything other than to say he would take my name and number and have someone

call me back. I've tried that several times and told him so and again

requested for his manager's name and ext number and he refused!
