Vivitar 6150s Digital Camera
|
Vivitar 6150s Digital Camera I purchased a Vivitar 6150s digital camera. It is the first digital camera I have owned, and my computer knowledge is limited. After I took some photos, I read the appropriate page, in the camera's User Manual, for transfering photos to the computer. The instructions were insufficient for me, due to my limited PC experience. On 1/5/05 I tried sending e-mail to Vivitar. There are two e-mail addresses provided. I sent e-mail to each address. Each e-mail was returned by the Mail Delivery System with a message indicating the letter could not be delivered. I then began sending fax's to the company on 1/5/07. After sending a series of 6 fax's, advising Vivitar of my problem, and requesting they e-mail me step-by-step instructions for transfering photos to my PC, and not being helped, I sent a fax to Vivitar's parent company: Syntax-Brillian Company. I expalined my problem using the camera, my frustration with Vivitar for not providing me customer service, and requested their assistance to resolve my problem by contacting Vivitar. To date I still have not received the e-mail instructions from Vivitar.
