Stratus Communications Inc.--Fraudulent billing

We received a fraudulent bill from the above communications company charging my daughter for airtime from 04/01/2004- 04/30/2004. The name on the account is misspelled, the address is incorrect and the billing period has not yet even occurred!!!!! I have tried to contact them by Email, phone and mail and have been unsuccessful. I only continue to get bills with outrageous interest rates. What a scam! The original bill was for $25.00. The interest rate per month has been $10.00. We are now at $45.00 and no end in sight. The name on the bill is Anne C Sistrunk, my daughters name is Catherine Ann Sistrunk. The address is 4427 Red cliff road, our address is 4927 Red Cliff Court. The account number is 76075.
