Beware of Integrated Alarm Services Inc. Please read the contracts before signing up with them. The contracts are on a 3 year terms and once you become a customer, you cannot discontinue your service even if put it in writing. They will hold you to the contract and keep renewing it automatically for another 3 year term.

I've had services with IASI for 6 years and I am dissatisfied. I changed my phone services 2+ years ago to a wireless system. And I tried contacting IASI to let them know I no longer require their service. They refused to honor my request. They kept telling me I am obligated to the contract. Technically, I am not covered by IASI for more than 2 years because of the changes in my phone services but they continue to bill for a service that they are not providing to me. I was paying this through auto debits to my credit card. 3 months ago, I closed the card and IASI began billing me directly. They are calling me every day harassing me to pay the balance on the account. Keep in mind; I have been paying them for 2 years without coverage. If my alarm sounds, there is no response call from the central monitoring system. I there was a fire or burglary in my house, they would have no idea. I do not believe I owe IASI anything. They got 2 years of payment and I got no coverage. I would like them to stop calling me and honor my cancellation letter which they acknowledge is on file. Any advice?
