I am a computer tech and I order most of my parts and products from the internet. Stores like "NewEgg", etc...

By far OVERSTOCK.COM is the worst in shipping and making clear to the customer about how long it takes to get the items. IF I KNEW THAT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE 10 DAYS TO GET MY PRODUCT I WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED FROM OVERSTOCK.COM. I believe that this company needs to be posted as one of the worst in shipping management.

** It took a matter of seconds to get my money but its going to take them 10 days to have the item delivered.

*** I am also a retired US ARMY soldier and when I was overseas it will take less time to receive care packages from my mother. But it takes this company that is right here in the United States 10 days to get something delivered.

**** When I talked to a manager by the name Jenifer she appeared to be indiferent to this issue.

I WILL NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I WILL ALSO POST THIS MESSAGE IN MY WEBSITE SO ALL MY CLIENTS CAN SEE IT.
