The Door Store Furniture

The entire New York and New Jersey area needs to know that the Door Store Furniture store sells garbage furniture and will never refund your money or allow you to exchange the product. I bought 6 dinning room chairs from them recently. When they finally arrived they were the worst pieces of junk ever. The seat and back were too hard to sit on! It was all board. The quality was non-existent. I paid $900 for these chairs! I called them and said I would like to return the chairs. They were very nasty and said "no returns, no exchanges." The woman told me that once you buy something here, its yours! I then asked for store credit to see if I could find something else to buy so that I just didn't waste $900. She said "no, it yours, don't call again!" I was so mad that a place like this could still be in business after selling expensive garbage to the public and yelling at them on the phone. I want everyone to know about this store. Don't lose your money like I did without any kind of recourse. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE DOOR STORE FURNITURE.

You say they sell garbage eh? I think your sadly mistaken. Perhaps you don't look at what you buy. I have a ton of great quality Door Store Furniture and the stuff lasts and is really comfy. Next time choose something that you try out in the store. All furniture is different and all comfort levels are different. Door Store has a wide variety for your choosing. I love the place!

Did you not see and sit on the chairs before you purchased them? All furniture stores have cancelation and return policies which are required to be acknowledge by your signature at the time of purchase.IMHO there are plenty of furniture stores that are no longer in buisiness because of their extremely liberal return and exchange policies.In this case a good goes to DoorStore.
