washer dryer unit lemons

To whom it may concern, I purchased a Whirlpool Gold Catalyst Washer and Dryer in 9-00 . I also purchased a 5 yr warrenty on both items. I spent 1700.00. In the last 5 yrs I have had to replace the Motor at least 3 times,a new pump was put in. I have had problem after problem. Stess, worries after worries. I called and had the units fixed in a timely matter. Each year something else would go wrong with either the washer or the dryer. My warrenty is now expired and guess what? The washer wont drain and the dryer is stuck on a sensing mode and wont run. I am not happy at all with GE appliances and it was not just 1 time something went wrong. I am using a friends washer, it is ancient but it works,as for the dryer i need to figure it out.I am a young adult ,and cant afford repairs on items I believe are LEMONS. I will never buy another product from GE again.....
