Cellular Choices

I am complaining about Cellular Choices (based out of Oregon) but use Cellular Choices.net website to market cellular phones. We ordered two phones with two bluetooth devices. After about a 4-6 month period you are able to send in paperwork and received a $30 refund for each headset and $40 refund for each phone. These were mailed out last Sept. 2006 and Nov. 2006. To date, I have not received any rebates and when I contacted them, they said that my paperwork was not complete so therefore invalid and I would not be getting the telephone rebates. I offered to send the copies again but they said that would not make a difference because of the stipulated on their rebate forms. What if they made the error, lost paperwork. Seems convenient that they can say whatever they want. Be careful when you purchase from them or better yet, DON'T.
