COMPLAINT - NOT DISCONNECTING 9810528030 (AIRTEL) EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that from 30th December, 2006 regularly, I have been requesting AIRTEL to disconnect my mobile phone no. 9810528030 but they are not disconnecting my telephone connection. When I checked up today morning amazingly they themselves have told that your last request for disconnection is deleted. I do not know how this can be deleted without taking any action which amounts to disconnection of requested mobile number.
In addition to above, they have start sending misleading bills and transferred me to a bill plan which I never opted for. When the connection was taken for two years, after two years it was the responsibility of the AIRTEL to get consent from me to continue the connection or disconnect the same.
They also need to take consent of mine in which bill plan I would like to be in. They themselves decided everything and asked me to pay. I do not know why should I pay for harrassment of my own.
