I had to deal with this company recently. I have never had to deal with such rude and ignorant people in any business situation like I had to with these people.

I called my husband's school about a balance that he had and they referred me to these people. The person I talked to told me that if I set up a payment plan with them that my taxes most likely would not be intercepted (Basically the state school takes the money out of your tax refund). So I set up a payment plan and set it up for them to take the money out of my checking account. Plain and simple.

Well, I did my taxes and the money was taken out. I called and was told that basically the man who I spoke to lied to me and that there is no way that he would have known what would be taken out of my taxes. So bottom line: I was told a bold-faced lie. Then they told me that I would have to wait 45 days to get the money back that they had already taken out of my account. I had to call the bank and put a stop payment on any automatic withdrawals that I had set up with them. Luckily I was in time and it hadn't gone through yet. When I called them back to tell them what I had done, his response was "I thought we already discussed this" and then "Well, that's expensive" when I told him about the stop payment. Then he said "I hope you don't owe us any more money because it will be considered a bounced check". I'm not even sure what he meant by this, but it was incredibly rude.

Not to mention that they failed to tell me that part of the amount they were charging me for was their fee, which conveniently was the amount of my first payment. I called back again because I wasn't convinced that they were not going to touch my checking account after what he said about a bounced check and they said "Hey, you called us we didn't call you".

I realize now that he knew along that the money would be taken out of my taxes and they were just trying to get their fee. Which they wouldn't receive if the money was paid any other way besides through them, which it was and I am glad it was because they won't get any money for the collection.

I looked into them online and found more bad reviews about them. And no matter what the person's issue was with the company they all said that they we EXTREMELY RUDE.

I'm definitely calling the school and letting them know what kind of ignorant people they have collecting their money.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COLLECTION FIRM!!!!!!!
