I waited at the drive thru for over 20 minutes, once I received the meal it

was wrong (not what I ordered). I explained to the cashier that I could'nt

be delayed any longer and that I needed a refund. She stated that only the

owner can issue refunds. Since then I have called into the store numerous

times each time I am told to call a direct line which leads me to an

answering machine. After leaving several detailed messages still no call

back, no refund.

I payed for a product that I did not receive and the owner of this Burger

King is non-responsive.
