Since taking occupancy in July of 1996, I've had several complaints, some of which were addressed to my satisfaction and some that were not.

Up until now my biggest complaint has been the inferior windows that were installed. I've had, and still have mold around very leaky windows. In addition, every couple of years there is mold on the roof next to the fire place chimney.

My latest and most serious complaint is the basement foundation that I've complained about before. I have foundation stability and water problems that according to a structural engineering firm and basement waterproofing contractors, are the result of shoddy masonry work, i.e. exterior walls not water proofed, probable frozen mortar, footing and drain tile failure, insufficient amounts of stone aggregate used in the backfill stage, etc. Three of the walls are out of plumb more than 1.25 inches; two of the walls have vertical and horizontal cracks. There is efflorescence and mold on the walls as well. It appears that one of the walls was either back filled prior to curing or damaged when a support beam was put in place. This wall was patched with a filler material for cosmetic purposes before occupancy.
