How in the world do I get Incredimail to address my problem with their product?

I have paid for the service and, as yet have not heard from them other than to recommend that I download their latest version, which I have (4 times now). It's still not fixed! But the problem is, I can't get them to answer or acknowledge my cries of distress. My last letter to them was somewhat HEATED due to my frustrations with their "SUPPORT" program which is apparently non-existent.

I think I have been more than patient with these people since my Incredimail has been inoperative since Christmas.
