AMERICATEL RIP OFFS

My name is Gustavo Comelli Ruiz. I 've used the AMERICATEL services for at least 6 months to call to Central America (guatemala) using this service.

My last phone bill from Embarq (Former Sprint) showed I hughe charge for long distance, then I realized that this company had had charging MORE THAN FIVE TIMES THE AMOUNT THEY SHOWED ON TV ADS.

This is a rip off since they say a price way lower than the real amount they billed me. I called and they say there's a disclaimer on tv ads but I ve seen those ads again and I dont find that disclaimer. And believe me, they take vantage of the time the TV Ad last because nobody can see that disclaimer.

Someone gotta do something about it because is clear this company is steeling money from people and they are hiding this "robbing" by

unnoticeable disclaimers.
