gift certificates / service My name is Jennifer Geris and I have been a customer for going on 4+ years. Recently I moved and I used your dish mover service. Witch was very convienent. Thanks for that. Where my issue is ,shortly after we recieved some gift certificates 2 $50 ones that said a gift for you on them. I was like GREAT!! but I was scepticale so called customer service and I was told that I could use it to pay part of my bill,this was back on 12/26/06.So I paid part of my bill and sent the certificates in with the bottom part of my statement just as I was told to do.Well in doing this thinking you people really liked me as a consumer, All I Have Gotten Is Greif over these stupid little cards that were suppose to be a gift. It put me behind on my payments and you guys have no way of tracking these stupid little cards.Pretty much everytime I tried talking to somebody about these cards, I got the tough luck attitude and was even hung up on when I asked to talk to somebody that might know or do something about it. This is very upsetting.Why would you tell a customer of 4 years that there is nothing that can be done and you sent the cards. This is very aggrevating and it seems as long as I pay you,you could give 2cents on how you appreciate our business.This is very unprofessional and the next time you have a promotion you can bet money you won't get any help from me. I used to promote dish to my friends but I will never do it again. I enjoy my dish network so I will continue to be a customer but don't send me any promotional items and if you want to give me something in appreciation take it directly off my bill cause if you send it, it won't be honored at least that is my experience from the past. Thank-you.
