Collections etc. 2521 Busse Rd P.O.Box 7985 Elk Grove Village, ill. 60009-7985 I have sent this co. 225.00 for Christmas Gifts. They did not send my order and they refuse to send me my money back. they say i owe them money from last August but i have M.O. receipt to prove payment. They also tell me many times that the check is in the mail, lol, I sent them this money on Dec. 4th to be sure to get the items in time for christmas. i am on SSI and didn't have any more money to buy gifts with. i am deaf and has had someone call them for me but all they say is the check witting machine is broke, hang up, ...... please help me get back my money. they have nice merchandise but i will never order from them again. please e-mail me at Email User Thank You
