sheriff of falls county holding property

we loaned our horse trailer to melissa fennigan of falls county texas, and when we brought the trailer back home she told the sheriff that we stole the trailer from her. the sheriff told us to bring the trailer to him or we would be arrested. so we did and it has been sitting there for 2 weeks now. the judge says its out of her hands, the sheriff says its out of his hands. nobody will talk to us about it. its just there and we cant do anything about it. scott boyer. riesel texas
