cellular one

I live in ohio and would like to complain about Cellular One. My mother has been a customer with them for over 8 years and when I turned 16 and was driving she purchased a second phone for me . (not a second line but an additional phone plan)I purchased my own plan when I got a job and because I have no land line I thought the unlimited stop counting minutes would be great for me. They cancelled my plan after 8 months stating I used more than 1/2 of my minutes off a roaming tower. This was not explained to me at the time of purchase. In fact they advertise.."talk as much as you want, for as long as you want as long as you are in the state of OHIO."which is what I did.

Don't fall into this trap!!! this is false advertisement. No one told me this at the time of purchase.
