I bought a 1999 Isuzu Rodeo as a first vehicle for my daughter, less than one month ago. I explained I wanted a dependable vehicle for my daughter and was willing to pay additional money up front so I did not have worry about her safety. When we purchased the vehicle, it was taken to independent mechanic for evaluation. The oil was extremely dirty and did not even register on the dipstick, as was the fuel filter, Left inner tie rod, pinion shaft, and serpentine belt had to be replaced, and the battery was weak. The dealer informed us that the oil was more than likely not changed correctly. We moved forward with the purchase and a promissory verbal from Morries to reimburse for items not consistent with the service details we were provided up front, which we were never reimbursed.


We have faxed the repair order and driven back to Morrie’s requesting reimbursement. It has now been over a month. When I called today, the manager indicated he would look for the saut
