I was online completing an application, and after reading more I was no longer interested. I then tried to delete the personal data. After that, I started to get phone calls at my house, which is an unlisted phone number. I was offered a Vacation Travel by this Florida Dream Escape. I told them "I am not interested", and hung up my phone. They continued to call my unlisted phone number, and kept up their sales. I then agreed to take a look at this, at no obligation to me, "so I was told." I accepted their offer, knowing that I wouldn't be charged. I was told that I had to answer "yes" to the following questions, and I'd be on my way. They verified my name, address, and then asked if I earned over $40,000 annually. I said "NO!" They continued anyway. I got the mail, cancelled the cruise, and today 2/28/07 found they had taken $148 out of my bank account, and wouldn't give it back. I was told by a Supervisor from my Wells Fargo Bank that this was FRAUD! I want action taken about this, if you know who to contact about this fraud, let me know. I was never given the time to cancell this. I just wanted them to stop bothering me. They wouldn't! A frauddulent report must be made against this company. Cancelled 11:37am today. Cancellation code R2TAGD2W6 I spoke with Rob Webson, John Furguson cancellation J2FDE2F8 this phone deal took place one week ago, and their date of this is 2/12/07! another lie on their part!
