Sprint billing

Sprint billing My son is serving in Iraq. Upon leaving for his deployment he had his Sprint service put on Military Hold and was told that there would be no bill and no service while he was away. He showed them his orders and did everything they requested. Since August of 2006 when he did this, Sprint has continued to bill him. He paid two of those disputed bills in both September and October with their continued assurance that all was finally in order. He received another bill in November and December. While home on a 2 week leave in December he contacted Sprint to once again make sure all was settled. Yesterday we received a letter from a collection agency on behalf of Sprint. We are disputing the claim and are labeling the Sprint Corporation as inept, untrustworthy and malicious. Sprint’s inability to communicate with each other and accurately report information from one department to another is appalling, and the idea that our son should be dealing with their lack of ability from a war zone is ridiculous! If they do not want to offer a "hold" program they should be up front and he could have cancelled his service altogether! Otherwise they should get their act together. _____ Get your own web address.
