Samsung Fridge I cannot express how upset I am with A&E Factory Service. This company has been out to my home 6 times since December of '06 and has sent out 3 technicians. Each techician has found, what they say, something different that needed to be fixed. Everything just about has been replaced and most recently as of 2 weeks ago, the last technician found a leak in the coils of the freezer. He patched it up and left now the freezer is no longer working for the 7th time. I contacted A&E Factory Service again on 2/26 and the operator set up a scheduled appointment for 2/28 from the hours of 8a-5pm. Well this time came and went today and no technician. I contacted A&E and the operator stated that they canceled the call because the refridgerator was fixed! I asked by who was it fixed and who canceled the call? They could not answer and couldn't understand how this error occurred. I spoke with the supervisor who assured me she would contact the local technicians and have a service call called in immediately and would return my call within 20 mins. The supervisor's name is Shequita. I never heard back from her. I believe A&E Factory Service is ripping off Samsung since my fridge is under warranty and they continue to charge them for each visit. I will be placing a complaint with the local BBB and will also be calling Samsung. This email comes from central Indiana.
