SUPERSHUTTLE: Bad Experience with Extremely rude and obnoxious Driver Dear Complaints
My wife had used SuperShuttle service to get from Mountain View to San Francisco Airport. What she encountered was a rude and obnoxious driver, who dropped her in the middle of the way and left.
SuperShuttle is yet to refund the amount. They have not responded to my emails either.

Please refer to the reservation number: 7229734. My wife had an harrowing experience with the driver "Oliver" who came to pick her up. The driver came 20 minutes late, than the allotted pick up time. Then he was extremely rude and obnoxious. He has also mis-behaved with my wife. He had also considerably delayed my wife and was roaming around Mountain View area without any idea of where he was going. My wife had to exit the shuttle unable to tolerate the behaviour of the driver. Due to the delay, she had to seek the help of her friend to drop her off at the airport. She reached the airport at 12.30 pm, whilst she was supposed to have reached by 11.00 a.m. This is not the kind of service we have paid for. Please reimburse all our money and take a strong action against the driver. I strongly hope this kind of treatment is not meted out against any other passenger.
