Package not delivered to the right person!!!!!

Hello,

Iam very upset about my package that i ordered a week ago was delivered to the wrong place. I called Fedex and tell them about the problem, and they say that they send the message to the deliveryman about he misplace my package..Now since that he made the wrong delivery i got to wait again for my package to come..I mean my address is right and it's in clear letters, i dont understand why would you deliver it to the wrong place..

This is not good service at all, i suspect my package at the date it was suppose to be delivered to me..Now how do i know if my package is being opened or being toss to the garabge because they dont know who is the person is..I spend money on my purchase and now it's gone..If i dont get my package i will ask the guy that delivered it to the wrong place to pay me for my missing package.

For me this is not exceptable..All i can say is that the delivery man is not doing job well and someone got to do something about it..I can see alot of people complain about their package and it's sad to see how many are there..I dont want this to happen again to me because right now iam not in a good mood to be laughing about my package not being sent to me..It's their fault that they made a mistake and now we got to suffer for this because of such bad service..

Next time i order something i am going to tell them ship it to me by UPS because they do a good job deliverying the package to the right person..I hope that other people will see how much of a bad service FedEX to us and will take actions for this..Iam not a happy customer now and also i got another package being sent to me by FedEx, how can i trust them to to deliver it to me the second time..Well there goes my purchase....((((((( SUCH BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!
