Overnight Prints My experience with Overnight Prints has been nightmare. I discovered an error on a print piece. The error was report via a phone call to OP before the card was printed or paid for by my credit card. I told them to cancel the order several times. I was so happy when I discovered the piece had yet to be printed. After speaking with their customer service I could just tell the order was going to get printed anyways. Sure enough it did. My credit card company paid for the order the next day and OP printed my order despite my call to them NOT to. OP will not refund my money, they maintain I was responsible. They also told me a confirmation email would would be sent to me before item is ordered were printed, and that I could make edits to my order then. The email never showed up and my option for changing my order was never presented to me. IT GETS WORSE... My phone call to resolve the matter was a horrible experience. They cannot admit they have a flawed system for cancellation. I was given one excuse after another for why my order was printed. Here is what they told me exactly: "You cannot cancel and order that has not been paid for" I run a business and do it all the time with print orders. What they are really telling me is they have a flawed system and don't want to take the time or money to fix it. IT GETS EVEN WORSE... All they have offered me is a merchandise credit which I do not want since OP is so untrustworthy. However, I can't even sent the product back because they can't seem to get a RMA number to me. I've requested it three times already over three days. They just email me back saying, "it's already been sent to the email address on file." They can email me that, but they can't take a minute to send me the RMA #? Bottom line is, they don't listen well and they don't care. IF YOU EVEN NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM O.P. EXPECT THE WORST.
