Consumer Loan From GE

Dear Sir,

I have get financed electronics items from GE countrywide in the month of April,2006. I am continously repaying my installments through the postdated cheques submitted with them of Rs.1,167.00 per month on time.

This month February 2007 the company didnot put my cheque in the bank on the due date 4th Feb.2007, why, I dont know.

Now on 25th a phone call received from the number 011 - 66090178. Some girl was speaking , I dont know the name as she refused and nor any collegue was ready to tell her name. She asked me to deposit the money against the cheque of the Feb.Month as it was dishonoured. I told her that the cheque was not placed in the bank from your side so how it can be dishonoured, give me the proof. I can also give the proof as a bank statement of my account. She miss behaves with me and uses such bad words which I never expect from a girl who is a employee of such a big finanace company.

I asked her to send her representative but instead of sending him he continously called me on 26th, 27th and 28th and asked me for the payment. I never refused for the payment though it was not my mistake that they have not put the cheque in my bank.

It is very sorry to complaint when again I received a cal on 28th and she spoke a sentence " Teri Aucat Nahi Hai To Loan Kiyon Lia" . On 28th I finally made a payment also to the representative come to me against the unbounced cheque.

I only came to know that the cal was from Pritampura Office, New Delhi.

After listening to such sentence I am very much disturbed as I never heard such words in my life, so I request to take a strict action against such girl working in a Pitampura Office.

I believe that action will be definetly taken by you on my complaint. And I need not to go anywhere else.
