4 receivers and remotes free showtime and starz for one year

////////i was called numerous times that direct tv was having a special on receivers,and dvr plus free showtime and starz for a year and we needed 2 more as my granddaughter is here with 2 children,kenneth was going to be living on property, but i needed up dated, i had bought my one receiver from walmart 6-7 years ago,and bought my remotes, so when i got a call i asked if i was eligible for the package and was told that i was, so we made an appointment for the package deal,the man came out and put the receivers in i asked him where was my dvd and he said it wasn't on his order sheet we argured and decided to go ahead and finish with me telling him i wanted the dvd i was suppose to get also, he said he'd check on it, and have not heard from him yet..we got a statement last month that wasn't correct and got in touch with you, and you gave us some credit, but this month it was even higher, now i'm being charged for 23.00 for showtime and starz, needless to say you're screwing your best customers, these deals turn out to cost much more when we're trying to get cost down, i was told this would be 59.00, i cannot afford your specials,i had 2 receivers of my own, now i'm being charged for 3 extra, tell me where to take 2 receivers and turn off starz and showtime plus, then i'll cancell the insurance, or find out what dish network has going on, we've had direct tv for years never been late on a payment, but this is bordering fraud, needless to say i am going to get rid of all this extra cost one way or the other//we need to get our bills down not up...melba gladhill.......1674 parkburg rd. pinson, tn. 38366........phone 731-427-9344 cell 731-267-8035 my account no. is 33936681 other numbers are #bwnhpwr #pccicffha7#at 01 02486 64580B410**3dgt1//////will wait to hear from you before this bill is paid ////////gladhill
