This woman is completely rude and obnoxious. I place an order for Hair Pins for a Wedding Hair Trial on 2/21/07 On her website she claims that if you need in less than a week to e-mail her, which I did. I also indicated on my order that I needed it in less than a week. I called today 2/27/07 to see if the order had been shipped. I spoke to Beverly Ann Collins (owner). She never read my e-mail, stating she cannot read every e-mail that comes in........ Besides the e-mail, I indicated on my order, I specified that I need it in less that a week. She said she saw my wedding was not until September so she never saw the rush besides the fact the item paid for was on backorder. I asked her was she going to contact me. She said, "oh, yeah eventually". I cancelled my order but not before she gave me a huge attitude.
