okuma nutritionals/ tea

purchased tea designed for weightloss program. has a 30 day return policy. returned tea within stated time frame for full refund minus shipping. upon reciept of tea boxes company stated that I did not send back all of the tea boxes and was not going to refund my full amount. has anyone else had a similar experience with this type of scam? company is located in Denver Colorado.

I am so fed up with OKUMA Nutritionals! It is IMPOSSIBLE to return their product. They said that the Post Office damaged the items and I need to make a claim with my Post Office! Then they said I could pay $5.00 for shipping to have it returned to me! I have paid for shipping twice already! You can't get a response via email let alone the old fashioned way... the TELEPHONE! Oh yeah, I didn't lose any weight eiehter! Frustrated in Sacramento....
