On 12/22/06 I ordered Microsoft Money 2007 from Digital River. The download never went through so I called the company at 18006565426, spoke with Chad and was told to download the product again. On 12/23/06 I successfully downloaded the product. In January, my credit card reflected two charges for the product. I called and spoke with Scott, explaining that I was charged twice yet had only received one download for Money 2007. He transferred me to the refund department where I requested a refund in the amount of $39.99.

 

2/26/07 - Called Digital River 18006565426 to check the status of my refund as nothing was credited to my credit card account in over two months. I was informed that the computers were down and I would have to call back (I waited for 39 minutes to speak with someone.

 

2/27/07 - Called Digital River....spoke with Leah, was informed that my refund was denied. I explained that I had proof of being charged twice.....Now I am off to the Better Business Bureau. Please think wisely before conducting business with Digital River. It is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone and when you do there is nothing that they can really do to help you solve your problem. You are just stuck either overpaying or not receiving your downloads.
