i am filing a complaint about the services & the prices being charged.

i am renting a fridgerator & a laptop computer.

the fridgerator, i've had for 2 months & it is still missing one of the bottom drawers. keep telling them about it, asking about it, & still no response! why should i be paying $82.28 a month for something not all there or they don't get what they promise?

as for the laptop, i have had to return laptops cause they wouldn't be working right & one of them, come to find out has a virus in the mother board it self! they have told me next time i bring in the computer that i will have to pay for the services!!! Information on these laptops are dating clear back to 2003!!! by the end of the year i will end up paying $2,735.28. the market value of it is only $1,367.64!!! i can buy me a brand new 2007 model laptop for $1,878.48!!!

i told them a couple weeks ago that if they didn't get the other part of the fridgerator than they better come get this one & replace it with a new one! they haven't done that!!!

for the prices being charged for stuff, i think i deserve a newer comp. that aint virus & is in great shape! & they had best better lower them darn prices for used crap!!
