I am complaining about Express Home Services of Phoenix, located at 8028 N. 27th Ave.

I too hastily entered into a contract with this company, but then legally by certified letter broke off the contract. That was Jan. 19, 2007. I had given a check to the salesman and asked for it back by phone and mail. I have been given the runaround since that time; it is now Feb. 27. I've turned the matter over for the present to the Arizona Attorney General office but am about to hire an attorney for return of the $3400+ and whatever I can get beyond that. I have also filed online complaints with the FTC, City of Phoenix, Registrar of Contractors, Better Business Bureau, and the Republic and Arizona Daily Star. Buyer Beware!
