Woodland / Defective Shoe

Hi,

I bought a shoe from an authorized Woodland showroom in Sector-18, Noida UP on 28-Jan-2007.

Moreover, from the day of purchase, I am continuously facing pasting and stitching problem with the shoe. (Model No – GC 5026381 – Blk - 42)

The shoe was bought for Rupees 1,800 and despite of buying such an expensive model, I am highly dissatisfied with Woodland's quality.

Its been not even a month, and the shoe has started giving trouble, however I have given the shoe at the same show room but your front end executive didn’t assured me for the replacement.

The receipt number and details are as appended below –

Repair Slip Number – 312, Date – 26-Feb-07, Collected by Manish Singh.

Further, I request you to look into this matter personally and exchange the shoe as I won’t trust a pasted or re-stitched pair and on the top I want to use it more instead of giving it for repair at your showroom again & again for the defective piece.

I hope Woodland understands my problem at the earliest,
