The type of business is a meat market, or a factory or better known as Western Dental Services. A little over a year ago I went to Western Dental to get my teeth worked on. I chose them because they were convenient and didn't ask for a credit check and could start the procedures that day. Low and behold they found almost $6,000 worth of work that had to be done. I agreed to the monthly payments of $300.

They went to work. They pulled broken off teeth in the back of my mouth which was fine. I then had an abscessed tooth that they tried to save...It abscessed twice, and I ended up in the hospital because they could not get the infection down. So on went the work after it got better. It was a tooth that would be under a bridge. The other tooth that would have part of the bridge on it would have the perfectly good crown taken off.

I had a root canal done on an upper tooth and a crown put on. I had a lower tooth go through the same procedure. I had a partial made for the top of my mouth. I also had a white filling put in one of my upper teeth to the tune of $300.00 dollars.

So now that it is all done and have been harassed by a collection agency I am now in contact with the patients relations of the company. I got an independent dentist to go over the work that Western Dental did and found that in order to restore my teeth to an painless and correct shape, all would have to be removed and replaced. The two crowns will be taken off and new ones put on because the margins were not right, the bridge that had a bad tooth under it that had shifted and the bridge cemented in, will be removed and the tooth pulled and an implant done. The tooth with the white filling will have to be pulled because it was cracked when the filling was put in. The partial has to be remade because it has a hole in a tooth and cracked.

So, all in all I have paid them about $2,500. and have to have $7,000 worth of work done to correct what they did. They want to give me $1,300 back for the poor service I received. I will tell you, this is not going to happen. This factory of a dentist office needs to be stopped. I have to go through it all over again and I am protesting with a dental lawyer. I can not believe they haven't been shut down for shoddy work. Maybe I will send a message that this is not OK, and patient beware. They have not heard the end of this, I will win for all those that have been treated badly and are in bad health because of this company.

To those who do not count their life in years, but in how life has touched them in the past and how much it can hold in the future, youth is forever.
