I have had the same problem that you other 2 complaintants have made. I ordered a book from The John Lyon's Library with nothing stating that more books would follow. I also received an unsolicited second book. I returned the book and have sent numerous letters to the company. All I get in return is another past due invoice and threats to go to the collection agency. This has been going on for 9 months.

Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
