Home Depot Installation Southlake TX - Horrible Customer Service What a waste of time, and money! You think that you want to pay a bit more because the Home Depot has great service. Naaahhh. Please find a general contractor directly as that is easier than trying to facilitate communication between them and you and the contractor. An install associate Julie actually hung up on me today when I was communicating my frustration (I was not yelling, screaming or using inappropriate language...just telling her she has to do a better job) The Manager at the Plano store never returned my call as promised, and this is the 3rd week my hard wood install has been postponed because they didn't get product. I am so frustrated as I've had to chase after Plummers, follow up and schedule installation, things that you think Home Depot should be doing... Beware when you work with them, the name is deceiving. its a rip-off considering the poor service.
