DVD rental from Intelliflix, 959 Armory Rd, Barstow, Ca 92311-5461

Gentlemen

I prepaid to Intellifix $ 105.00 for a year for rental of DVD and they send me Disc that I did not order and dirty discs that I can not view. They send me Discs that I have already seen and most of the time they send what ever they want to.

I have requested a refund for the unused amount of my prepayment $105.00 several times but they refuse to honor my request.

What action can I take in order to get my unused portion of the prepayment returned to me? Is there anything thing that you could do to bring pressure on Intelliflix and stop them from defrauding the Internet customer.
