To make a very long story short and to save you from the agony of the run around I received here are my complaints. The customer service was horrible. They delivered the wrong item the first time and on the second delivery, left the furniture in the middle of my living room. They said the desk that I ordered would not fit up the stairway. That evening two friends came over and carried the desk upstairs with no problem. I contacted the store to complain and asked for just a reduction in the delivery fee. I was told by the store manager that there was nothing they could do. The delivery men said they could not get it upstairs and that was the end of it.
