Goodyear Gemini Auto Service Center, Hialeah FL 2670 W. 68 Street

I took my 1997 ford explorer for brake service to this location and they replaced the rear disc brakes but they did not resurface the rotors. I have been calling them and they keep telling me that the person that I spoke to will call me back. First they were at lunch and then they told me that this person takes a 3 hour lunch. My company does a lot of business with Gemini but I don’t think that is going to continue. They charged me $114.00 supposed to be a discount rate!!! No wonder they did not even finish the job!!!
