We Clean America

On Friday February 23, 2007 a crew from We Clean America came to clean our house and did not perform as they should have or as promised in their ad...We were not sastify and upon calling the office to complain, we were treated terribly by management not only in verbal abuse, but also accusing us to be liars and that the house was a "Pig Sty". That statement should never have been made by the company, being that the house is not that dirty, granted it needed to be clean ,but that is the reason that we hired what we thought would be professional to clean our home, in return we get abuse and no satisfaction, and to be honest we felt that management was making fun of the whole situation, and lied lied lied....

We feel that this company should be investigate due to the many complaints from us the consumer and that we should be refunded our money ..I would not recommend them to anyone and do feel sorry for future clients that will have to deal with such unprofessional people, and the poor help that is underpaid while they collect the money for the services NOT rendered..
