City Cards I maid payment of amount $433. 21 On November 10, 2006 to City Cards credite card online thought my Wells Fargo bank. On November 15, I received a fist call from collection agent name Alice regarding this payment. I explain to her that payment was made and money was taking from my account. She sad that this payment is not showing on her system. I sad I don’t know why and I will have to call my bank and find out what happened with this payment. She start screaming on me and told it is not my fall that I don’t know what happened, I explain to her that I payed the same way for October and had no problem with this. She sad this is my responsibility and my fall because it was my choice to pay online rather then pays her. I sad that I payed on line all my accounts and that bank encorige to do so. I went on and on and I had to hang on her. I have high blood presser condition and had to take an additional medication, it was not functional half of my working day. I did contact my bank and they were looking in to it. I had fall documentation to proof. The case number Inquiry - Case # 1016566. It turn out that payment went to a wrong branch and it will take few more days it to show in your system. We had 5 times conversation with the account manager and 2 conference calls between my bank and City Banks account manager. Account Manager sad that my account have an appropriate note explains the case. I am also made a complain to an Account Manager of collection agent Alice of her inappropriate behave. Never the less, collection agents called every day after all these conversations. And I each time went over the citations again and again. Yesterday I found out the City cards collection department agent called my husband work office and left message with company secretary that Mr. Baker wife is 16 days overdue with her credit card payment.
